The DCAC500 industrial air cleaner is well made, compact and of strong construction with a performance capacity of 500m3/h which makes it one of our most popular single phase industrial air cleaners in our fleet and offers an extremely efficient way of reducing dust in the workplace or home.
This particular unit is ideal for medical and pharmaceutical production, food and drinks manufacturers, textile, rubber and plastics industries, automotive industry, building supplies production, furniture carpentry workshops, bakeries and large open-plan office areas whilst undergoing construction works or simply enhancing air quality within your working environment.
This particular system is specifically designed to enhance general onsite air quality as well as balance to source contamination air removal system.
The DCAC500 Air cube is made with the intention to separate fine to hazardous dusts down to 0.3microns.
It is also designed to accommodate an option to connect up to 5m exhaust duct without a reduction in performance. Without accessories i.e. (Ducting), the machine is meant to have the exhaust air vent pointed in a vertical direction in order to prevent ground dust being stirred up from the floor.

Good to Know
The DCAC500 air cube industrial air cleaner works by drawing air through a highly efficient HEPA filtration process. The air is then cleaned by removing the hazardous airborne dust that can be harmful to our health before re-circulating it back into the room. Remember the most dangerous particles are generally so minute that we cannot visibly see them this is why the DCAC Air cube is the ideal solution.
Filters Must Be Purchased
Our Industrial air scrubbers require both HEPA and pre filters to operate. As hire equipment is used in a wide range of environments, fresh filters are needed to prevent potential cross-contamination and ensure the optimum machine performance efficiency.
