I (the above signed) agree that all transactions of hire or sale entered into by my company (known as “The Customer”) shall be subject to Cooler Air Services Limited including the trading division of CAS-Hire https://www.cas-hire.co.uk/terms-and-conditions-hire/ or https://www.cas-hire.co.uk/terms-and-conditions-of-sale/ as the case may be, operative at the time of any contract of hire or sale. I will make full settlement of all monies due within 30 days from end of month following the date of CAS-Hire’s invoice. I hereby, personally guarantee payment in respect of all sums due from my company (“The Customer”) to Cooler Air Services Limited including the trading division of CAS-Hire, together with all ancillary costs incurred.

I authorise Cooler Air Services Limited including the trading division of CAS-Hire to carry out a credit agency search in support of my/our application.

I certify that the above information is full and correct and that if I am not the person named above, I have their consent and the authority to provide you with the above information. I consent to the above information to be used by Cooler Air Services Limited. trading as CAS-Hire in considering whether to grant and or continue credit. I understand that this may involve the disclosure by Cooler Air Services Limited trading as CAS-Hire to outside credit reference agencies and that the records of such agencies may be updated with the above information as a result of such enquires. I irrevocably authorise such person’s firms and companies as are named in this document or are subsequently put forward by me as referees to release all information requested by Cooler Air Services Limited trading as CAS-Hire in connection with this application for credit. I understand that in the event of a default on my account the above, and any other information about my account may be disclosed to outside agencies, for the purpose of credit reference and the collection of any outstanding monies.
