Risk Assessment Notice

The protective safety guards fitted to all CAS-Hire equipment offers the required level of protection in accordance with the BS EN 953 standard. However we advise that it is the hirers responsibility to ensure that a suitable risk assessment is completed prior to using the equipment and that, where necessary, additional safety precautions are taken to prevent unsupervised children or other members of the public gaining access to the equipment. Failure to take the necessary precaution to prevent unsupervised children or other members of the public tampering with the equipment may result in serious injury.
