Description
The BCP7 air purifier is built for environments where air quality needs to be managed at scale. Combining strong airflow performance with a durable metal-cased design, it is suited to larger spaces such as healthcare settings, open plan offices, venues and public buildings where consistent air cleaning is required.
At the centre of the system is HINS Pure technology, a first in industry lighting-based approach designed to provide enhanced defence against virus and bacteria. As air is drawn into the unit by a quiet intake fan system, airborne particles pass through an electrostatic chamber where they are electrically charged, allowing them to be captured more effectively by the filtration system.
The five-layer HEPA silent filter media is structured to progressively remove contaminants at different stages. Larger particles such as dust and pollen are captured in the initial layers, while finer particles including cigarette smoke and exhaust fumes are targeted deeper within the filter, removing 99.97 percent of the finest particles through a layered structure of ultra-thin fibres.
Dual fan and filter design supports high performance output while maintaining low noise levels, allowing the unit to operate effectively without disrupting the surrounding environment. Cleaned air is returned to the space through two air outlets, helping maintain consistent air circulation.
Performance is supported by in-built laser sensors that monitor particulate matter levels, providing readings for PM1.2.5 and 10.5. These are displayed clearly through an easy-to-read interface alongside an air quality indicator light, with additional data available via a downloadable app.
The unit is constructed using hardy high-quality steel, improving resistance to scrapes and scratching while maintaining long-term durability in demanding environments.
Maintenance is straightforward, with filters designed to be replaced approximately every six months. The front cover can be opened to remove and replace filters without the need for tools, and no weekly washing or additives are required.
