Smart germ shield filters designed by Blueair have been constructed combining one particle filter layer and one active carbon layer together to prevent spreading of smoke, bacteria, gases and other potentially harmful VOC’s.

The filters are produced in a booklet design construction to prevent the possible escape of pollutants when removing from the air purifier. Each filter is also installed with a smart RFID chip to allow for precise monitoring of filter condition including when to replace.
