The F397 Carbon Filter allows the CARB 500 Air cleaner to extract a large range of Volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) which include adhesive and food odours, as well as other powerful and potentially harmful odours produced by paints, chemical, sewage, smoke, & soot amongst others.

The F397 Carbon Filter allows the CARB 500 Air cleaner to extract a large range of Volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) which include adhesive and food odours, as well as other powerful and potentially harmful odours produced by paints, chemical, sewage, smoke, & soot amongst others.

Fitting a Charcoal Carbon filter is a simple straightforward procedure to carry out on the CARB500 Air cleaner.

Simply release the clips on the front of the rota moulded  cover. Place the filter in front of  the F270 pre filter and F321 Primary Hepa filter before refastening the front cover with the four buckle clips to secure in position

The Charcoal carbon filter once in position is sealed within the plastic cover which prevents the filter from flexing or leaking. Each individual carbon filter contains 1kg of specially produced carbon pellets designed to ensure  a maximum air flow output is achieved and maintained from the air cleaner whilst in position.

We recommend replacing the carbon filters for each individual job application to you receive optimum efficiency from the CARB500 air scrubbers

This filter must work in conjunction with a separate F271 stage one pre filter which adds an additional 30% efficiency of the air cleaner by removing the larger potentially hazardous particulate
