Please note our Industrial air scrubbers are supplied without HEPA filters and pre filters thus to prevent potential cross contamination passed by preused filters insuring the optimum machine performance efficiency. Buying new filters minimise potential health risks of our leading air cleaning products, CAS-Hire provide compulsory consumable purchase price list for new filters available for each product are purchased along with the hire of our equipment.

Description
The DCAC500 industrial air cleaner is well made, compact and of strong construction with a performance capacity of 500m3/h which makes it one of our most popular single phase industrial air cleaners in our fleet and offers an extremely efficient way of reducing dust in the workplace or home.
This particular system is specifically designed to enhance general onsite air quality as well as balance to source contamination air removal system.
The DCAC500 Air cube is made with the intention to separate fine to hazardous dusts down to 0.3microns.
It is also designed to accommodate an option to connect up to 5m exhaust duct without a reduction in performance. Without accessories i.e. (Ducting), the machine is meant to have the exhaust air vent pointed in a vertical direction in order to prevent ground dust being stirred up from the floor.

The pleated filters have a very large area in relation to it’s physical size, and therefore the air cleaner dust extraction units can compact in relation to the actual filter size they contain.

Good to know:
The DCAC500 air cube industrial air cleaner works by drawing air through a highly efficient HEPA filtration process. The air is then cleaned by removing the hazardous airborne dust that can be harmful to our health before re-circulating it back into the room. Remember the most dangerous particles are generally so minuet that we cannot visibly see them this is why the DCAC Air cube is the ideal solution.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
This air cleaner is not to be used for asbestos removal or air cleaning where asbestos particulate matter is openly found.
